Luxembourg – 7 Days /6 Nights

Day 2
The ship is due to arrive in Zeebrugge at approx. 08.45hrs. From Zeebrugge we will continue to Aachen in Germany, making an appropriate comfort stop en-route. Upon arrival, there will be time to eat either before or after the 1½ hour guided walking tour of the Old Town. After the guided tour there will be time at leisure prior to the coach departing for our journey to Luxembourg and our hotel, the Novotel Luxembourg Centre. Here accommodation is reserved for four nights on a bed & breakfast basis. The hotel has been chosen for its great location close to the centre of Luxembourg City, with restaurants, shops and bars in close proximity.

Day 3
After breakfast, the coach will depart for the short journey to Montee de Clausen, near the Bock Casements. Here we have a trip on Luxembourg City’s famous Petrusse Express (land train) for a 50- minute tour of the city, finishing at Montee de Clausen. You will then have time at leisure to explore the city, making your own way back to the hotel at your leisure.

Day 4
This morning the coach will depart for the journey to the town of Vianden where group entrance and guided tour of Vianden Castle are included. After the visit there will be free time in Vianden before departing  during the early afternoon for the town of Echternach situated in an area known as Little Switzerland. There will be free time here before we return to the hotel.

Day 5
After breakfast there is a visit to the German city of Trier situated on the banks of the Moselle River. Upon arrival, a local guide will board the coach for a one hour guided tour of the city, followed by a one hour guided walking tour. After the tour you will have time at leisure prior to the coach departing during the mid-afternoon for a guided tour and sparkling wine tasting at the Bernard-Massard winery. Following the visit we will continue back to the hotel.Day 6
Check out of the hotel following breakfast and commence our return journey to Zeebrugge, stopping in the Belgian city of Liege where a one-hour cruise on the River Meuse is included.  This will be followed by some free time before we depart during the early afternoon for the journey to Zeebrugge, arriving in time to check-in for the P&O Ferries overnight sailing back to Hull.

Day 7
The ship is due to arrive in Hull at approx. 08.30hrs. From Hull we continue the journey back to your local area.
